Returns & Cancellations
We keep our policies straightforward and written in plain language.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order request, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been confirmed for pickup, we can usually cancel it. Once a pickup time is confirmed and items are prepared, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of pickup. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags/packaging.
How to start a return
- Email elizabeth_price@ashperformanceapparel.com with your name, the item SKU, and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and coordinate an appointment time for return at our pickup location.
- After inspection, refunds are provided in the same general form as payment (cash refund at return).
Non‑returnable items
- Items showing wear, washing, odor, stains, or damage.
- Items missing tags or original packaging.
- Final sale items (marked “Sale”) may be non‑returnable depending on availability—please email us first.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, email us and we’ll confirm availability. Exchanges are handled as a return + new pickup.
