Browse the catalog and click “Order via Email” on any product. Your email app will open with a pre‑filled draft. Add your size, quantity, and preferred pickup time, then send.
No. We do not process online payments and we do not collect card or bank details. Payment is cash at pickup only.
Pickup is by appointment at 7112 Sophia Ave, Van Nuys, CA 91406. Please email first so we can confirm availability and timing.
For an order request we typically need: item name/SKU, size, quantity, and a preferred pickup time. Your phone number is optional but helpful for coordinating pickup.
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Availability is confirmed by email.
Yes—eligible unworn/unwashed items with tags can be returned within 30 days of pickup. See our Returns & Cancellations page for details.
