Customer Support Specialist (Part‑Time)
Location: Van Nuys, CA • Hybrid • 10–20 hours/week
- Respond to customer emails about sizing, availability, pickup times, and returns.
- Maintain clear and accurate customer communication.
- Assist with basic website content updates (training provided).
Operations & Pickup Coordinator
Location: Van Nuys, CA • Part‑Time
- Coordinate pickup appointments and prepare items for pickup.
- Track basic inventory levels and flag low-stock items.
- Support returns processing according to policy.
Product Quality Assistant (Contract)
Location: Van Nuys, CA • Contract
- Help review product batches for consistency (stitching, labeling, packaging).
- Document issues and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
