  • Email content when you contact us or place an order request (items, sizes, pickup time).
  • Name and phone number if you include them (phone is optional).
  • Return/exchange details you share when requesting a return.

  • Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability.

Optional analytics and advertising cookies are only enabled after you give consent in our cookie banner.

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect payment card details because we do not accept online payments.
  • We do not ask you to email bank account numbers or card numbers.

  • To respond to your messages and confirm item availability.
  • To coordinate pickup appointments and handle returns.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers only when necessary:

  • Website hosting provider: to serve website content and maintain logs.
  • Analytics/advertising providers (only with consent): Microsoft Clarity (analytics) and Microsoft Ads UET (advertising measurement).

Data retention

We keep customer emails and related order/return communications for as long as needed for customer support and basic recordkeeping. We periodically delete older messages when no longer necessary.
